Thanks to jim Douglas we have the highest credit rating. THanks to Dean and the liberals in the legislature we have the highest cost of living per income ratio in the country, failing schools even though we are among the top spenders per pupil, a higher number of uninsured than NH, a higher cost for premiums for those that pay for our own thanks to competition being dtiven from the state. I really could go on for ever like how low our highways rate compared to our nieghbors, how high our electricity is compared to our nieghbors, how high our income taxes/propertty taxes are etc. It takes brains to be able to stand up and say "wait" It take a brain to be able to face reality of what failing policies are doing and what great changes can be made to truly make VT the great state that we all want to beleive she is. I keep going back to it and it is bothersome but once again it is a case of people refusing to see reality because they are so partisan or enamored by certain politicians that they can't see straight. For the record I don't like many politicians of any party but even though I don't like most of their views I can still be open minded enough to realize when they do something that advances our state and among the ones that I do respect, I am the first person yelling at thjem when they do crap that "looks good" but doesnt solve the problem or makes matters worse. Thats my rant for now not that anyone cares
