All elected officials should be judged by the same standard. I think that Clinton abused his office by claiming executive privilege in cases where it was clearly inappropriate. And yes, Hillary should have been more open about how she was formulating her health care plans. (Isn't it interesting that the Republicans who were so upset about that are silent now!)

I also think that Dean was wrong to put so many of his official papers out of the public's view.

The fact remains ... White House should turn over documents pertaining to the formulation Administration's energy policy. Who was involved? Who was consulted? What were the interests of the consultants? How much did these consultants give to Bush's campaign fund? Was the public interest being served? If so, why not show them how?

What is Bush trying to hide?
