We agree and disagree. we agree that open government is best. We disagree that allowing individuals/companies the opportunity to share their views in private means that you have something to hide. Just as a point of fact, many republicans actually did say that Cheney should release the names of the companies involved. I would not give the names up either after I had promised them confidenciality ( like many others in the past have done) but I would consider being the first person in history to brake the veil of secrecy and make as many of my future meetings public.
