Dubie will do nothing to tweak Act 60. However, the Democrats in the Senate with help from those in the House will come up with an improvement bill. The real question is will Freed and Marron allow it to get to the floor?? Last year they killed the Schmlin plan by keping it off the House floor. Even Marron said that it would pass if it went to the floor.
