And you tell that to the victims of crime or better yet their families have the victims have assumed "room temperature". The point is, I am giving some solutions to a growing problem, you seem to ignore for one reason or another. The fact is the Los Angeles Daily News presented arguments for a vigorous program shared by federal, state, county and city.
You offer no solutions, if your posting is in answer to mine. It's the same lawyer lobby jargon that is concocted by the ACLU minions and the political liberal mentors they support.
