Subject: What The "Captain" Fails To Answer (Death Penalty)



a) 65% of the populous across the nation favors the death penalty implimented in a fast track format. Would the world be better off if Theodore Robert Bundy would have been permitted to live? Mind you now, Bundy was a law student who even involved himself in politics. Still he murdered without feelings (amoral) young female co-eds at several universities in Washington State, Colorado and a murder rampage in Florida. Thank God for Florida for putting this amoral monster out of his misery. Bundy may have murdered many more that were reported missing.

b) Charles Miles Manson. The California State Supreme Court reversed the death sentence of Charles Manson. Still Manson today enjoys a computer paid by taxpayers, a website, paid by taxpayers, free medical aid paid by the taxpayers, free food paid by the taxpayers, free swimming pool rights all paid by the taxpayers. Captain will not reveal what his victims are receiving today. Could it be they receive a bouquet of flowers ocassionally delievered by family members who visit their gravesites? I am sure Sharon Tate, Leno Labianca, Rosemary Labianca, Steven Parent, Abigale Folger has no computer to express their opinons that Captain seems to do these days when he expresses himself on his computer.

c) I worked for the defeat of California; Chief Justice Rose Bird when she was recalled by California voters several years ago. She overturned many death penalty sentences on the most inane reasons. It was my pleasure tom see her go down to defeat along with two other liberals as they were recalled by the voters of California; several years ago. Rose Bird died wondering why people disliked her so much. So much for her!
