Please log onto "Yahoo". Use "EARTHQUAKE COUNTRY" as a search vehicle. After you reach the first page; scroll down to this category; "AMAZON.COM: BOOK: EARTHQUAKE COUNTRY" Amazon gives this book an excellent rating. The book takes no position on the gun-control debate, but it does gives a paragraph concerning law enforcement and the problems a large devasting earthquake would have in a large populational area.
