Captain the "sharing pool" is the component of Act 60 which allows it to meet the mandates of the Brigham decision. The only way it can be eliminated and still meet Brigham will be for the state to put a whole lot more of General Fund revenue into the Education fund or to substantially increase the $1.10 statewide education tax. It would probably need to go up into the area of $1.50. It ain't going to happen!
