Subject: Another Counter Point L. Perkins



Being that the Columbine School shootings took place in the town of Littleton, Colorado just outside Denver, another point to ponder is to be made.
Colorado voted for President George W. Bush over former Vice President Al Gore by a large substanial margin. Gore had everything going for him including a good economy. One would think the shock value of the school shootings at Columbine would have played in favor of the Democrats in Colorado. They would have received a political "bump" because of this situation in Colorado.
Still the voters of Colorado would choose the pro-gun position in Colorado by rejecting a hate filled political party who was in direct opposition of the Second Amendment.
Does this not tell you something? Still Colorado has two able strong Republican United States Senators that back gun-rights additionally.
If the subject of school children were brought up, you were the one that introduced guns and the killings of children by your earlier posting. I am only joining the battle you selectively started in your posting.
