Actually, the Fed funding law that requires providers of "reproductive health services" be confidential and NOT notify family (read parents!) is something called "Title X."

The thing to do is find out what Vermont State Reps sponsored efforts for a State law for parental notification of abortion.

I believe Vermont State Representative Nancy Sheltra and Vermont State Senator Mark Shephard could provide anyone concerned about this issue with info & updates.
