Baral, Your logic about Act 60 defies reason. If you are a low or moderate income person/family, your education property tax is computed on your income and not the value of your property. In most cases including gold towns that tax for low and moderte income folks went down because of Act 60. One of the problems is that you have to pay the tax and get a prebate or rebate. Maybe you have forgotten to factor in this fact.
