SHUMLIN (note my spelling) in my opinion will run again. This was his first state-wide election, and he has great name ID. So i think he may want another go. Racine....I don't know. Now Ready... Liz Ready is a good politician. But I think that if Bernie makes a run for Governor in '04, then she'll go for Congress. That's what I have heard in the Dem's circle. I think she would do a good job. But by god, I better not see any grey hound racing tracks, I hate those. It's basic animal cruelty, on Douglas's part. I think that if Pollina isn't in the picture for Lt. Governor, then Shumlin will run again against Dubie. I do want to point out that Dubie got less votes then he did in 2000. Anyone see that. Only a couple thousand less, but if you look at the Vermont State Secretary's website and look at Election Results and compare, he actually dropped in this election. You can see the effect Pollina played. I hope he will be done for a while. I wish he was running for State Rep. He could do a lot more as a Rep then wasting taxpayers money for for higher office. He would make a lot of difference in the State House.
