Subject: Sorry Susi The 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals Is A Disgrace



Quoting an obscure case concerning Miller vs United States will not do the trick. Being that Miller himself did not stay around to challenge the decision rendered against him. If you remember correctly, his attorney filed a brief to challenge the decision made against Miller. Miller was advised to appeal the decision to a higher court. Miller did not stay and thus the case for the most part is in limbo. Liberals like to use this case, but this case is really inconclusive.
Still I am glad you are hinging your arguments on the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals; the most overturned court in the United States. I notice the 4th Circuit Court Of Appeals which is more moderate, and therefore more even tempered does not have this disgraceful track record as liken to the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals In San Francisco. The 4th Circuit Court Of Appeals would have never rendered this decision. Again the United States Supreme Court will render the 9th Circuit Court Of Appeals decision; UNCONSTITUTIONAL when time comes. You can bank on it; Susi dear.
Meanwhile, I want to exercise my rights as an INDIVIDUAL and do some target practicing with my rifle and pistol this weekend coming up!
