You are god damn right Clinton deserves some of the blame, he deserves all of it, he had eioght your to do someting. He did nothing at all. And I will take it to my grave that he is the reason i lost people i knew. Bin Laden attacked us 4 times while Clinton was there, not one or two times, FOUR TIMES, and he did nothing. As far as homeland security goes don't do anything illegal and you won't have to worry about getting into trouble. I am willing to allow out government to protect us because I am a law abiding citizen that has nothing to hide, obviously you are not in the same boat.
