Subject: The 9th Court Of Appeals?



The most overturned Court of Appeals in the nation? 9 out of 10 cases is overturned by the United States Supreme Court when it comes to this most "flakey" court based in San Francisco. This case will be overturned as this court represents 9 western states. This is hardly legal theory to get your hopes up to high. Stephen Reinhardt the liberal head of this court in California is classified as a political "flake" by many in Caliofornia.
The 9th Court of Appeals decision will be overturned. Miller vs United States? If my memory serves me correct, defendent Miller took a powder after the decision was made. At the urging of his attorney, he was told to appeal this case once again to the United States Supreme Court. Miller vs United States is inconclusive which is the indication I get.
Funny how you ignore these other Democrats that are pro-gun as I illustrated, Jane. You are avioding the issue at hand.
