The decision is inconclusive because Miller the defendent left thereafter. This decision has been discussed and the conclusion is that the decdision was really classified as inconclusive. This concerning a sawed off shotgun. The liberal left has hung onto this case as holy writ and their guideline.
Still the attorney of Miller wanted to appeal this case to a higher court. Once again the 9th Court Of Appeals dacision will be overturned by the United States Supreme Court at a later date. A Court of Appeals that has jurisdiction over several western states is hardly an indication of what should transpire over the other remaining 43 states at hand.
Still why do you ignore the Democrats I illustrated. Are you not disenfranchising their opinion to? Once again we will NOT give up our core values as I have stated. One way or another we will fight on, no matter what may transpire one way or another. You have a deeply divided nation and I would welcome a fight political or otherwise.
