- When a students schedule is changed, he/she will be removed from your gradebook. Since each teachers gradebooks for each class are different, there is no way copy the assignments from one class to another. We recomment that you print a copy of the childs progress report prior to a schedule change and then you can reenter the students grades into another gradebook.

The LetterGrade Database and the TENEX student information system database are synchronized within 24 hours of changes. Meaning that if a students was added or removed from a class he/she will appear the next day into your class rosters.
