Question # 1:
-- If a student is changed from one section of a course to another the students grades will not transfer. This is because each gradebook for each teacher can be different and the categories & assingments may not match, therfore there is no way to transfer a students grades. We recommend that a progress report is printed for this student prior to a scheduling change.

Question #2:
-- LetterGrades database gets syncronized at night to the TENEX student information system. Therefore there is about a 24 hour difference between the systems. If a student is scheduled into a new class, the teacher will see the student on the next day.
