Ted, That was exactly how I was raised. If we called an adult by their given name, we could expect a lesson at home. Today, I have a feeling that children being raised in that manner are few and far between. But, there are those who are diligently training them in the way they should go. Those children really stand out among the others. When I see a child who treats adults with respect, I feel the utmost respect for their parents. It takes consistent training on their part.
