Ted, Ahh, it's not that impressive. hehehe Actually, DSL can be obtained through our telephone company. Most companies (business) have DSL today. Since we were getting it at the store, and my husband had listened to all the sales pitch, he thought it would be good for me here at home. Before we had two telephone lines, and that alone, got to be expensive. We had to do that because of business calls, and I was on the computer so much.
I am one of those people (sorry to say) who tells the computer people what I want, and they come and program all that. When I get a new computer, I don't want to have to go through all the programming, etc. I want to walk into the room, sit down in the chair, and do my work. So, I guess you could say, "I'm not as computer literate as I should be."
I leave all the difficult things to the experts..As far as monitoring an international board, that is a board for poets from all over the world. Of course it is going to be necessary to write in English. This has been such an interesting place. All my stories are archived there. I have developed some wonderful friendships there, and get to talk to people from different parts of the world.
So you think Catherine is another Scarlet Ohara, huh? Well, perhaps but I don't remember thinking of Scarlet when I started building Catherine's character. Interesting comparison..
