If the sub is 'hacked off', maybe she should learn to deal with it, as everyone is a sub at some point. Its not a big deal, ok it can be fustraiting but everyone has to face that hurdle sometime and bounce back. subs are subs for a reason and at the end of the day it is proberly what was best for the team at that point.
