We're trying to get enough players to run a reserve side again next season. Otherwise you have to rotate the squad where ever possible. Having three regular 1st team players out injured gives others a chance. I name a bigger squad for home games, having five on the bench etc You have to keep talking to the players and hopefully they will come to you if they have a problem. Make sure that everyone is enjoying training and feels like they are improving. Then take it from there.
