the rabbit hopped farther from his den, his sensitive nose having detected a bush full of ripe berries. he stopped every so often, his ears twitching back and forth as if he knew danger was near. he reached the bush, and forgot to listen for danger, concentrating only on stuffing as many berries as possible into his mouth.
