A shadow flits easily past the trees and shrubs, heading for a peaceful part of the land. His eyes land upon a perfect spot. A stream trickles through a small stand of trees. A small hillock just nearby is a lookout point. After taking a long drink at the stream, he settles on the hillock to rest. Half asleep, the male's tense muscles relax as all the day's traveling is lifted slowly from his shoulders and legs. It was good to rest again. It felt strange to be resting, knowing that he would not force himself awake after awhile to continue his search for his father and mother.
