The Tooheys Rugby League should consider introducing a salary cap of $100,000.

This applies to all clubs

The cap should include all costs and payments to players

It can be easily policed as those with Leagues Clubs are audited through their own organisations and their balcne sheets must be displayed in the Clubs Annual Report.

If the league is somewhat fair dinkum they should introduce the cap for the 2005 Season.

This would bring some balance back into the competition.
