Date Posted: 02:43:45 04/15/04 Thu In reply to: WEBMASTER 's message, "WERE COLLIES RIGHT TO DENY FERRIS?" on 00:55:40 04/15/04 Thu It's a tough one - on one hand Jason should be allowed to reclaim his NRL career, yet he is their Captain/coach and it will be near impossible for the club to compete without him. He knocked back a contract with Widnes to play for Collies so it doesn't look like a money issue. If the Dragons could find a replacement or even give their experience in coaching and training to the Dogs then maybe yes, but to just take their captain AND coach after three games of the season does look a tad unreasonable. Also Collies have to take into account that being led by a shattered man cannot be good for morale. [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
