Dear Misha,

I know your pain. Last year, I too suffered a horrific facial injury to my nose. Although most people failed to notice any difference in the magnitude of my immense honker, i can assure you that I could not face myself in the mirror and my mrs, if i had one, would also no doubt be horrified by the ridiculous beak that my greek nose had become..

I was forced to undergo a full proboscotomy and hence retired from the game i loved so dearly and played for a full two years.

But ladies and gentleman all is not lost, by a miracle of modern science I am back on the field.

I encourage anyone who wishes to see what determination and courage in coming back from injury is, please come along and watch me play in the local church league soccer comp. It is a fiercley contested and skillful league, and i challenge anyone to make the cross to the beautiful game as well as I have. Even Anthony Mundine cannot hold a candle to my immense all round sporting talent, you might call me Hercules, given my greek background, in fact, please do so.

Regards,

Chris "Herc" Georgiou.
