I don't know what's going on with the Bulls re their finances. But I will make this general observation: Until such times as those crocodiles at the Illawarra Division management committee implement a salary cap system the better EVERY CLUB in the comp will be as the comp will be operating on a level playing field and ALL CLUBS will be in a better financial position to meet player payments as they know what their committments are without being a year to year proposition. I am not a bulls supporter per se but I think it is not good for the comp if ANY CLUB ends up broke and folding.
