Generally agree with the squad that was selected to represent our region except for the inclusion of Aaron Beath. Look don't get me wrong Aaron is a good player at club level and has served the Butchers'well over the years, but by any stretch of the imagination he cannot be deemed to be the best lock in this years Tooheys Illawarra League. There is a strong rumour circulating that the only reason that he was included was because of his old man being a member of the executive of the league. It appears that the old B gets a blazer and the little B gets a guernsey. A lot of people, not least of all other players, are sick and tired of this form of corruption. Another example of the general incompetence of the board of management headed by Mackellar and Felgate.
