As most fans in a very close knit Butchers fraternity would already know, several of the Butchers star players are struggling with injury at this very early stage of the season.A brief run down of the player and injury goes as follows:
Ben Couchman - Hip injury sustained in another juggernaut like performance against Queanbeyan.
Aaron Beak - Suffering from severe sunburn sustained in his backyard(rumour has it he only was wearing a leopard skin g-string at the time)
Jarrod Costello - Cracked elbow.Details of Costellos injury are sketchy at best, but most probably sustained in the shower or at adult world.
Coach Jones in a bid to improve team moral has,after lengthy consultations with good mate and former French star Cyril Pons decided to introduce Quail and champagne breakfasts on game day.Jones has been quoted as saying "I had those meals before every game during my stint in France and it didnt do me any harm!"Enough said!
