Subject: Colonel Matthew F. Locke

Gentlemen and Your Ladies:

The dedication for Col. Locke's headstone will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 27th at Concordia cemetery in El Paso, Texas. I will be heading that way with the marker on Friday the 26th. I will set it at the grave on the morning of the 27th.

It is definately the furthest our colors will have ever been carried thus far in the cause of honoring our Southern ancestors, and I do not expect a mass of participation. I do have room in my vehicle for a couple more folks, and if we do in fact get enough interest then we'll procure a bigger wagon.
