Went out this weekend to my most prime spot. Absolutely unbeleivable. I found five sheds all between 70 and 80 inchs within 100 yards of each other! Four were typical five points and the other was a four. They were so fresh there was still blood on the pedicles. The biggest is from a deer that I've watched for two years, I found both of his sheds last year. I couldn't find the matches to three of them but the other was a matched set and were lying a foot apart. I'm afraid the as of yet undiscovered antlers still have deer attached to them. Does anyone know how long a deer, particularly a big deer, will keep an antler after the other has fallen off?
