Boil your skull in water... after meat, etc. is all gone drain dirty water and replace....then wrap your horns in tin foil....reboil water and add a quart of hydrogen peroxide (the tin foil keeps the bleach steam from bleaching the horns). When skull is clean and dry you may want to put more peroxide on skull to bleach some more and sit in sun. Let skull dry and then coat the skull (not horns)with lots of Elmers glue (white). After you've done the skull coat your horns with Vaseline lotion, let dry and polish. Now you'll have a nice european mount!
