I would hope that this is the kind of situation the RSPCA would be interested in. Has anybody taken the time to find out why this person is selling these puppies so young and unprotected? Do they know the ramifications of their actions or are they just plain ignorant? Maybe what they need is education? I do not think that buying these puppies is the answer. By buying them all you are doing is encouraging them to go and do the same again. We cannot be a police force but we can try and educate those that have shar-pei into doing the right thing by their dogs. Raising puppies into well socialised dogs is not to be taken lightly and it is sad when you know that the ones suffering are the puppies. For all the right reasons has someone thought about speaking to the breeder on a constructive level? If this falls on deaf ears then I would suggest contacting the RSPCA.
