Hi Everyone!

It has been a while. Things have just been so insane and I apologize for not popping my head in more often. If it's any comfort, my husband hasn't seen me much the last few months either so at least I'm treating everyone the same. :)

I'm excited to hear all the news. Time flies so quickly. Hard to believe the babies are getting so big.

Well I really don't have much to report, except that work is insanely busy. The legisaltive session has caused some of that, the election season has caused most of it. The good news is I love what I do so even though I'm exhausted it is very rewarding.

I got a new calling in church--still in YW but now I'm the 2nd counselor. It's a lot of fun and a big challenge. We don't have many girls but most come from dysfunctional homes so the YW leaders play a much bigger role in the girls' lives. Since Ryan is the YM president at least we get to spend some time together in those activities.

Oh, I just realized that I have some news to report about Launa:

She's engaged!! She met this guy a few weeks before Christmas, he's from 'back home' and has known her since they were 18 and has had a crush on her since then. But I guess they were never close friends and never dated. Anyway, I think he called her out of the blue in December and they hit it off. In typical Launa fashion it has been a whirlwind relationship; they were talking about marriage within two or three weeks of dating. They're still working out the details of temple stuff with her prior sealing but whether it gets settled sooner or later they are planning to get married May 19th.

I STILL haven't met this fellow (his name is David) because my schedule's been awful but he sounds wonderful and Launa is soooo happy. She just feels complete with him. He had been doing an accounting job but is also an avid golfer and just took a new job as assistant golf pro at a new course in St. George. So right now he's down south and they see each other on weekends.

I'll make sure to keep you posted as I get more info--I'll probably be asking for your current addresses so she can send you announcements. :)
