Elisa--Joe gets these insomnia spells about 4 times a year. I'm not sure if that's true insomnia, since it comes in spells, and isn't every night. But anyway, they are usually accompanied with a panic attack. He'll pace the floor, get all paranoid, check all the locks on the doors and windows, and then try to read a book or watch TV to calm his nerves. He first had it before we married when he had a drug interaction (perscription drug he was on, mixed with some sudafed for a cold he had).

Anyway, it's managable now, and doesn't bother us too much because it's so rare, but it's something I expect to get worse with age. Strange. Good luck to Ryan!
