Ryan's withdrawal symptoms also include some panic attack symptoms (and a few others): racing pulse, hot flashes, tightness in his chest, numb arms, pounding headaches. It was awful when it first started because we didn't know what it was. We thought he was having heart problems and he went to the emergency room to have a bunch of tests done. Strange stuff.

It does seem like sleep problems get worse with age--like everything else with our bodies. I am not looking forward to being old, that's for sure!
