Well, of course you can't justify it for 3 or 4 days, but you could justify it for 2 weeks!! ;) Just kidding. You might try checking with some travel agencies like Columbus Travel. I have never gone through a travel agent, but I am told that sometimes they can have cheaper deals than what you'll find on the Internet because they can get deals straight from the airlines. I don't know--it's worth a try.

One other thought, Paris can be a cheaper place to fly into--I've been looking at rates and have seen some great deals. Orbitz has an international fare sale right now and if you fly out Monday thru Thursday and stay a Saturday you can go roundtrip to Paris for around $600. Unfortunately I think those deals only last for travel through May. But other deals may pop up. If you fly into Paris, then you could find a cheap flight over to London, and it could still be cheaper than flying directly to London. Ryanair.com is the best discount airline for travel within Europe.

I hope you can figure out some way to get there!
