First off, the schedule is up at ACen.org (on the right side).

As for AMV related events, this is what I know (and I'm fairly sure it's right since I'm helping run then :-P);

Friday:
-5:15 - 7:15 - AMV Workshop/Panel..trust me you wanna attend. I will teach you how to make AMVs with your DVDs and fairly nice encodes.
-7:15 - whenever - AMV Prejudge. We will be watching ALL the entries (80+) and then coordinators will narrow them down to the 3 hours for the contest. If you are worried about your entry or even just wanna see it once (b/c it'll be shown at least once here), I'd be here. Only warning is it could go well into the night...

Saturday:
-9 - 12 - AMV Contest. Videos will be shown in their respective categories. I *think* Comedy will be last since then less people will leave. As for awards, I do not agree with this, but they probably won't be announced till Sunday. I was petitioning for them to have the results read at the masquerade (during judging where everyone just sits there) since that would be VERY nice to have your vid shown in front of 2,000 - 3,000 people. Since ACen does a REALLY strange judging format (creators judge categories they're not in BTW you can help out if you'd like, make a recommendation, one Guest of Honor has final say...I don't like this final step since it could potentially veto what creators agree on).
7 (or 8) - 10 - AMV Iron Chef where I will get mauled :)
