Totally 100% agree. I am glad you brought this up. I am a bit shocked that person on animenewsnetwork.com said that the Japanese *don't* have more talented voice actors and that was an assumption. Kind of makes sense since they get paid more and have been doing it longer (sigh).

As for lip sync, yeah I've been to a couple panels where they admit they cut lines to match the lips. Although I can see this as understandable, they are still cutting things out..things that I don't think they have the right to cut out.
