Subject: finding a teacher and getting started

 Hi

Im a scottish lass that has moved to Plymouth recently. I am extremely keen to get started with learning pipes as has been an aspiration of mine to learn for long long time.

Can anyone offer any advice as to how to get started with practice sets and tuition etc?
