Julie...... it's Les here. I have some details for the swaup weekend in
November if you are interested. The date is the 11/12/13 November and the
venue is The Bossiney House Hotel at Tintagel, Cornwall.

As usual the weekend caters for all levels and tuition is built into the
price. The teacher and performer this year is Brian MacNamara from Ireland
(you can visit his website) and he's simply a brilliant piper and excellent
teacher. Other pipers will be available to also give advice and maybe a tune
or two.

The cost of the weekend (Friday evening to Sunday lunch) including full
board and tuition, plus free reeds from Alan Burton (phenominal reedmaker)
will be approximately £150 - £160. It's the best value around for sure.

If you have got to know others in a similar position, just starting out and
seeking some guidance then do let them know. They're very welcome. It's a
terrificly friendly and warm hearted group at the weekend and there's
hopefully about 15 -20 pipers at all levels.

Best wishes - Les.
