Introduction
Fire and its consequences pose a significant risk to any business, whether a major industrial company or a small to medium sized enterprise. Those operating from a single premises may be sepecially vulnerable because so much disruption and loss can be caused by even a small fire. Such an incident involving your organisation could also have a far wider implication should it also affect business continuity of customers or suppliers.

In case the client's headquarters building is a four storey converted country mansion, fire occurred on the second floor of the building. The building is used as a prestigious venue for meeting as well as carrying out the business when restoring the building to its former use. And how can prevent the further fire occur.

2. Investigation and repair
Firstly, we should begin the investigation. Investigation should started with the detailed examination of the most conspicuously damaged vertical member, such as columns and load-bearing walls, as this will help to determine whether an adequate load factor exists for the stability of the building in its temporary condition. Also investigate and classify the fire damage of other structural or non-structural members follow. The simplified classification of fire damage was summararies at Table 1. After the investigation, we know that the fire occured at second floor, fire and heat damaged the doors, and the walls, floor and ceiling inside two conference rooms, and the smoke just stained two rooms and the corridor's walls and ceilings surface which besides the door of the conference room. But the water was damaged the not just second floor slab and wall, it also through the first floor ceiling to the first floor.

The disaster recovery plan is needed and the places which were damaged we should screen out
