Delegation

Delegation can make the team working more efficiency, develop subordinate's ability.

However, delegation can make the manager over-worked,overtaxed and miss time to motivate over employees.

Definition of delegation
The manager assign a authority to a subordinate.

Method of Delegation:
1. Prepare a detail of delegation plan
2. The delegation plan should be approval by the supervisor
3. Make sure the subordinates who are delegated is understand all and provide further training if necessarily
4. Try to stand back to a bad decision and decising what to improve it
5. Monitor the performance and feedback

So, if a subordinates make a bad decision, try not to against it without discussing, then, consider the other decision.

Make sure that the instruction issued by the subordinate is valid.

The manager should accept the brame that if the subordinate go wrong.
