In reply to: Kyle and Basiliskmon 's message, "Re: Following orders" on 05:50:22 01/11/01 Thu

Simon suddenly rushed back into the house calling back to the others.

"Forgot something."

He ran to his room and near his bed where Gus's cage sat. He picked up the tiny mouse and stroked his head with his little finger.

"Hey little guy, were going out searching."

Gus gave out his tiny squeak as Simon set him in his designated pouch in the backpack. He rushed out of the house again and turned to Kyle who was still arguing with his strange animal.

"Ok Kyle, if you dont mind, I'll be staying within the trees. It'll give me a much better view of the forest. I'll lead because I know the area. Lets get going"

Simon grabbed a low branch on one of the near trees, pulling himself up. He scanned the area directly around the house but nothing was out of the ordinary. He could see Tsuishi in the distance. He watched her for a few seconds but quickly turned to face the next tree, shaking his head and speaking to himself. "Get going, theres a job to do." The closely placed trees made it more than easy to travel from one to the next. The tangled branches were more than enough to assist Simon in passing to the next tree. He scanned again looking for anything suspicious then moved to the next tree, hoping Ktle was still following.
