"I am Kage of The Dragon of Heaven, thankyou for assisting us back there. As for Tsurshi, I agree that he is irresponsible, out of control, and most of the time has no idea how to handle any given situation. However, he has shown himself to possess great power, and with guidance could become a useful ally. He should at least be allowed to talk with Mr Tseng.
