Oily Skin in your ears?

Does anyone else get oil in their ears? I do and have done most of my life - every day I get oily ears I mean inside the ears and sometimes even acne inside the ears because of the oil and it really hurts. Strange place to get oil - I don't mean inside the ear drum but in the ear itself. I'm usually too lazy to clean it cos I forget about it and when I do I get spots/acne and then I look at myself in the mirror and notice my ears are oily and shining and it's embarassing so I have to clean them/ blot etc.

No solution I guess?
