How to Eat to Keep yourself Healthy, Well Fit and Sexy

You must make all the dishes you eat yourself from basic, clean ingredients that have not been industrially processed and are without any added ingredients.

All processed food you can buy contain either great amount of added fat, salt or sugar, and little proteins. The fat added are usually of a cheap an unhealthy kind.

If the ingredients you buy does not look, smell or taste odd in some way, you can be sure it is not clean and have unhealthy added ingredients.

Use at most meal some lean ingredients containing much protein like lean fish, meat, mushrooms, chicken and seafood.

But you should regularly use some fat fish like trout and salmon since these contain healthy fat you need.

You should also regularly eat some fat protein sources like nuts, sunflowers and almonds since these sources contain healthy fat.

Eat more fish than meat.

Eat each day some whole grain cereals potatoes, beans or peas to get enough carohydrates of the healthy kind. Ideally you should not eat bread bought in shops, but eat cereals in other forms or bake your own bread from basic cereals, or whole grain flour. Industrial bread has always unhealthy additives blended with the cereals in it.

Eat some raw vegetables or fruit each day.

Do not add much fat, sugar or salt to your food.

The little fat you add should be in form of oils from sources like canola, olive, sunflower nuts and almonds. Vary between these oil in order to get an optimal blending of fatty acids.

Use spices in your food, like garlic, ginger, cayenne, cardamom and other spices, since these stimulte regenrative processes in your tissues and stimulate your sexual physiolgy and feelings.
