Your DOC Horse cards will work in any Derby Owners Club Machine as long as it is the correct version. In the US we generally play on Derby Owners CLub - World Edition aka: "DOCWE". Avoid japanese versions as they are using an archaic version, DOC2000 or a newer version that users an manage their horses via the internet.
