Any advise to give someone who is new to the game aside from spend money to buy a million horses to use? I went to D & B to play for fun the other day and couldnt figure out why a debut horse won a race and I couldnt.

- forst, it really depends on if you're a front runner, last spurt or stretch runner... second this game involves different kinds tecvhniques such as know what time to press the whip button and when to press the hold button... Greetings to all. I haven't posted a record in a LONG time. Tony and I raced for a while Monday and I think we set a new Derby Owner's Cup record, although I've been out of the loop for a while so forgive me if this time has been passed!

Horse: Cicero Gold DHR
Race: Derby Owners Cup
Time: 2:22.52

Track condition was gd to sft. Cicero Gold was 25 races old and is off the DHR TB/BP line. Tony set a great pace for me.

Why dont you enlighten us with your accomplishments in this great game. How many local records do you have? How many national records do you hold? Then again, you are probably the guy who sits on the side and watches everybody race and tries so desperately to grasp the concept of the game. When no one's around you stick in your pathetic mutt of a horse and whip it so fast you almost cum in your pants. Then you try and expalin to a newbie that you are the best racer at your location. Then the regulars start to show up and you start to get flustered, your panties start bunching up in your butt, you start to breath hard and without even saying goodbye to the newbie you were just talking too you dash away with your tail between your legs and run home to your dark little room with all the curtains drawn, jump on your computer and start typing all kind of bullshit again just to try and make your pathetic scumbag life seem alright. 2004 DOC Nationals @ Chicago, April 23-24 -- The Beast, 00:55:48 01/31/04 Sat
I am looking forward to seeing and competing against ALL the DOC players from across the nation on April 23-24 for the DOC Nationals. I hope most of you will show up to watch if not participate in the tournament. I think it will be an exciting event not only for the serious racers, but also for those who race occasionally. From the info that DHR has posted on rcbc, this has all the makings of a first class tournament. This is the Super Bowl of DOC, so get all your horses ready and your whip points down 'cause there is no room for mistakes. Good luck to all.

I play this game for fun. Maybe twice a month. Had a couple grays given to me and have bred and raced simply for fun and not profit.

Found this board today and saw the "forum" and thought I might could get some tips on game play, etc.

What do I find?

I don't have to quote anyone or name the "names" hidden behind. But just take a step back and listen to all this BS.

You found an enjoyable game and turned it into your life. Otherwise you wouldn't be so defensive and feel the need to talk crap back to someone who is gutless and flames anonyomously. I kept looking for someone who simply ignored the flaming, but you all seem to be in the gutter together.

I bred a new line the other day and came across a Dam horse i hadn't seen on any lists. **Star Light** was the name. I don't remember much as far as stats on it, though it had 2 double circles. Has anyone noticed that The Scenic Delight Stables have not been on here in quite a while now to defend themselves against people like yourselves? Yet all of you continue to insult them and call them names. Why is that? I guess Woon Leng has proven that the West Coast is no match for the East Coast. Hawaii could not stop an outsider from taking their own tournament on their own turf. How embarassing that must be. Hawaii, if I were you, and thank goodness I'm not, but if I was, I'd stop racing. I would be too humiliated to continue. I'd be hitting my head over with some coconuts trying to figure out why I SUCK so badly. Again, stick to your hula dancing and coconut picking, and stay out of activities that require skill and thought. The same goes for the rest of the West Coast wannabe racers, just give it up. You guys can't handle the skill, talent, and intelect of the East Coast racers (Bethesda). I noticed on rcbc that MGL will be holding their own tournament soon. I hope and pray that you guys will represent the West Coast better than Hawaii. But if you don't, it will not be surprised, especially if someone from the East Coast shows up.         I bought a few horses from SDS and they run pretty well. I got my first record with a horse from their line. I bought a Double Circle Pair, A Special Pair and SDS even helped me get my Dirt Line. Also I bought a pair of 3rd Generation Scarecrow/Black Cat horses from them(Which happened to be Specials) and a pair of Sunday Silence/Black Cat Horses from them. 2nd Generation.         SDS gave both my daughter and I a few horses and those horses are Great!!!!! We just became friends with them and they gave us a few horses for FREE. We now have 4 Specials. 2 for me and 2 for my daughter. We got an Female African Deer, A Male Cow, A Male Panda and A Female Zebra for FREE from SDS. But a baby spurter going against a GE of equal age... on tracks that favor spurters.. will get caught from a horse running in the 10-12 spot more often than not. Because on the outside, the babies don't get boxed in as much. In the middle and the rail, the baby spurter will get stuck more often. RUN Stables was started in January 2003 when I started racing Derby Owners Club World Edition (DOCWE).

The purpose of this site is to provide you all the information on Derby Owners Club that took me so long to find. I hope that you find the information on this site very informative and useful.

I did a lot of research within the first week of playing Derby Owners Club and decided to start my own stable. Don't be suprised when you see RUN in front of a horses name where you play Derby Owners Club, holding records.

I have been playing Derby Owners Club for over a year now and have spent many hours studying this game. I know that it is NO FUN to sit there and get beat every time by someone who has more experience and better horses than you.

I knew right off the bat that I wanted the Thunderboy X Butter Popcorn line. With 3 breeds back to Thunberboy and 30+ generations this horses internals are MAXXED out! They are the ULTIMATE in DIRT combinations. They are also hard to beat on Turf. This line holds NATIONAL RECORDS for Derby Owners Club in both turf and dirt.
